We had the privilege of learning about The Philippines from Aida Mahler, a substitute teacher at Valor. She has been in the US since she was 12 but goes back to visit at least once a year. She is planning a missions trip for next year and Valor students are welcome to join!
Fun Facts: Did you know that The Philippines is made up of 7,641 islands, it's religion is mostly Roman Catholicism, and folks play Christmas music as early as September?!
